We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Technician to join our team at Beacon Behavioral Hospital of Luverne, Alabama. As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for providing daily care to patients, including obtaining vital signs, assessing behavior, escorting patients, and interacting with them continuously throughout the shift.
You will also conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shifts and document patient behavior, model and teach appropriate life skills to patients, orient patients to the unit, and assist with the discharge process.
