Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and administer therapeutic treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct intake interviews, gather medical and psychological history, and compile pertinent documents to inform treatment planning.
- Observe patient behavior, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Lead group therapy sessions and conduct weekly individual and family therapy sessions.
- Coordinate discharge planning, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
