A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families is required, as well as 3 years of management/supervisory experience. Extensive knowledge of psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse treatment is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellence in clinical documentation and reporting is also a must.
