Job Description
This role involves working with children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will conduct group and individual therapy sessions, coordinate discharge planning, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and administer therapeutic treatment plans.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions according to treatment plans.
- Coordinate discharge planning 24-48 hours in advance.
- Respond to emergencies involving clients in treatment.
Requirements
- Masters degree (MA/MS) in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
- At least one year of related experience in an inpatient setting with psychiatric experience preferred.
- Licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred.
