- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Direct clinical operations, including policy development and quality improvement.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, and professional development of clinical team.
- Analyze program outcomes and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with medical leadership to enhance integrated care delivery.
- Participate in administrator on-call rotation.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
- LCSW or LPC license in Arkansas.
- 5 years clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
- 3 years management/supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse treatment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellence in clinical documentation and reporting.
- Physical ability to assist in crisis intervention when needed.
