What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Perimeter Healthcare - Job Board?
The Account Manager’s responsibilities include the following:
· Inform, educate, and communicate program and services to Acute Behavioral Hospitals, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Professionals, Outpatient Centers, Human Services Agencies, Sister Facilities, and any additional resources that will help increase patient flow to our facilities.
· Responsible for marketing the hospital services through daily contacts, building and maintaining accounts, develop and implement detailed market plans as needed.
· Maintain referral source database to record daily, weekly, and monthly interactions with providers. Will have the responsibility of doing mobile assessments for referrals. Must understand how to generate reports from the system to compare trends for specific time periods.
· Set-up and conduct education and networking events for professionals and patients.
· Act as a liaison between the facilities regarding potential admissions and addressing concerns or questions from referral sources.
· Completes weekly and monthly statistical reporting, develop facility specific business plans that will help maintain the Missouri’s hospitals patient census and referral flow.
· Work closely with Director of Business Development and CEO of each facility.
