Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in personal assistant duties as required, including managing schedules and appointments.
  • Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy by utilizing various software applications for documentation and communication.
  • Operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling mail.
  • Support clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Knowledge of phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
