Position: Customer Experience Associate
Hourly Rate Range: $15-$20 (based on qualifications and experience)
Location: Perimeter Roofing & Exteriors, Lynchburg VA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service.

- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform receptionist duties, light accounting, supply management, collections, data entry, customer database management, and sales lead rotation assignment.
- Welcome everyone who enters the office with a friendly greeting.
- Take incoming calls and pre-qualify opportunities.
- Enter customer information into CRM with conversational professionalism.
- Manage lead rotation across all trades for company sales representatives.
- Manage assigned sales leads to ensure customers are being serviced with excellence.
- Find answers for customers and transfer calls as necessary.
- Make outbound calls to previous customers to sell additional services and book inspections.
- Process customer payments and credit card payments over the phone.
- Communicate effectively and often with company employees to ensure accuracy.
- Develop a professional relationship with customers across various job touch points.
- Manage the timely delivery of all customer invoices and the active collection of payments due.
- Complete any special projects assigned by management.
- Manage the processing and delivery of manufacturer and workmanship warranties to customers.
