About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with residential and/or commercial remodeling projects including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish work. The ideal candidate has experience in general construction, takes pride in their work, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all phases of construction and remodeling projects
- Perform demolition, site prep, cleanup, and material handling
- Help with framing, drywall installation, painting, trim, flooring, and other finish carpentry
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow directions from the foreman or project manager
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Requirements:
- 1 year of construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction techniques
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
