We’re looking for Part-Time Customer Service Agents to join our technical call center in Auburn, Indiana! This hybrid position offers flexibility of working both in-office and from home, with scheduled shifts planned in advance for easy work-life balance.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, chat, and email, providing technical troubleshooting support, and guiding them through the setup and operation of their underground dog fence systems. This role requires strong multitasking skills, as you will need to talk and type simultaneously, follow structured troubleshooting guidelines, and upselling products when appropriate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Handling inbound customer calls and chats in a busy, high-volume call center.
✔ Troubleshooting technical issues related to underground dog fences.
✔ Guiding customers through product setup and best-use practices.
✔ Upselling relevant products to enhance customer experience.
✔ Encouraging customers to leave reviews and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
✔ Following company procedures to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
✔ Learning and adapting as we expand our services and product offerings.
✔ Maintaining professionalism while managing multiple tasks at once.
What We’re Looking For:
- Call center experience – You must have previous experience handling phone-based customer service.
- Tech-savvy & detail-oriented – Able to follow structured troubleshooting guidelines.
- Multitasking skills – You’ll need to type and talk at the same time while keeping up with customer needs.
- Familiar with live chat support – Experience handling customer inquiries via chat.
- Sales-minded – Comfortable suggesting additional products and upselling when it makes sense.
- Comfortable asking for and securing customer reviews.
- A team player – Willing to learn and grow as we expand.

Schedule & Work Setup:
Part-Time, Hybrid Work Model – Mostly in-office with some remote work.
Set Monthly Schedule – You’ll know your shifts in advance for easy planning.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (During peak season only)
- Weekend shifts are seasonal and will only be scheduled during our busy season, typically March through September.
- Shifts are part-time and will vary; not every day and not always full days.
