Lead Structural Engineer

My Client, who is located in downtown Chicago, IL, has an immediate requirement for a Project Structural Engineer. My Client’s office schedule is 4 days in office Monday-Thursday, Friday remote.

Must have minimum of 5 years' experience within the United States.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, preferred

· PE Licensed Engineer, preferred

· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Structural Engineer

· Experience using ETABS, RISA or similar analysis software

Desired Skills:

· Experience in the design of vertical structures (Hi-Rises, Educational, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial)

· Strong technical experience in the design of steel, concrete, and/or heavy timber structures

· Oversight and detailing of projects being managed

· Good verbal and written communication skills
