Purpose
This role is responsible for driving the safety measures as required to ensure compliance requirements. This will enable our service organization to provide uninterrupted service to our install base. The role will also assist our business units manage the customer portals for contractor reporting, help our facilities with EH&S initiatives, manage SDS requests, partner with R&D to build new SDS, and develop new programs to help build a better EHS culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide EHS compliance related to administrative support worldwide in platforms, such as Avetta and ISNetworld
- Maintain and update existing and potential customer safety requirements in current (ISN and Avetta) and future platforms to ensure compliance and / or a passing grade for each site.
- Request site-specific related Safety information from the EHS department to enter into the safety portals.
- Grant site-specific limited portal access to Quality, service engineers
- Register service engineers for individual sites.
- Collaborate with external parties on training and safety requirements.
- Assign training to service engineers as requested by customers.
Coordinate with service engineers on training assignments.
