Responsibilities
Program, operate, setup and edit programs for DMS Teton 5 axis open front CNC machine with 6' table and Fagor controller.
Training in current manufacturing techniques required.
Expected to setup and integrate machine with existing production environment.
Collaborate with tooling and engineering department to fabricate new tooling
Coordinate with manufacturing and QC for manufacturing of new parts and create production targets while ensuring high quality standards.
Confer with tooling, engineering and QC heads to resolve machine malfunctions or production errors.
Qualifications
Multi-axis, Mastercam (required), SolidWorks (preferred), programming, manufacturing, setup, problem solving.
