Your Role: Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see. You’ll set the tone for their experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth operations. It’s all about creating memorable moments that keep guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests, using our friendly greeting and seating procedures.
• Handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and restrooms.
• Support servers and bus staff to uphold Perkins’ service standards.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Keep bakery cases clean and well-stocked, and assist guests with bakery purchases.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, trustworthy, and reliable team player.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, reaching, and bending.
• Physical capability to carry trays up to 20 lbs. and navigate tight spaces.
