We are currently hiring for Service Leader.
JOB PURPOSE:
A Service Leader achieves guest satisfaction through implementation of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
- Ensures that all guests are properly greeted, seated, and served.
- Ensures proper resolution of all guest complaints.
- Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
- Trains employees during shift to ensure proper and productive performance.
- Ensures that all menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
- Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
