Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food preparation and ingredients.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food preparation.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is a plus but not mandatory.
