Job Description
As a Teacher of Visually Impaired and Deaf-Blind at Perkins School for the Blind, you will be responsible for providing direct and consultative vision services to students and their teachers. This includes developing and implementing individualized education plans, providing consultation and in-service training, and preparing lessons and materials for each student.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university required; Master's Degree in Special Education and DESE certified TVI preferred
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required
