Host(ess) Position:
As a Host(ess), you are the first impression of Perkins, greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests following Perkins' standards.
- Handle guest payments and manage accurate cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and restrooms.
- Support the serving team during peak times.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to promote menu and bakery items.
What You Need:
- A friendly, professional attitude.
- Trustworthiness to handle guest payments and operate the cash register.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cold.
