What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and take ownership of operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting, seating, and serving guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Leading and training team members to excel in their roles.
- Overseeing food quality and safety standards.
- Managing cash, credit transactions, and guest checks accurately.
- Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
