YOUR DAY AS AN ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER
In this kitchen management position, you keep our BOH team efficient, productive, and continuously improving. You start at our first location, where you can learn the ropes of the job and participate in comprehensive training. Once you're ready, you help open our new restaurant and support our BOH team in effectively fulfilling their duties. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you manage your team while jumping in to help wherever needed.
Working under our general manager, you expertly handle kitchen management responsibilities like inventory control, product ordering, staff scheduling, menu creation, and team development. You serve as the line expo, supporting the cooks in accurately and promptly fulfilling customer orders. Throughout the day, you supervise your BOH team to ensure they keep the kitchen clean, follow all food safety policies, and serve high-quality meals while meeting customer specifications. You're not just focused on the day-to-day; you also tackle the big-picture duties to help our new restaurant take off!
YOUR HOURS
To properly get our new restaurant up and running, we need someone who can be actively involved throughout the entire process. You need open availability from Monday – Sunday, 7 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm .
