Perlis Wellness Center is a physician-led aesthetic and wellness destination known for blending cutting-edge aesthetic procedures with functional medicine. We offer advanced injectables, CO2 laser resurfacing, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and longevity-based wellness protocols in a refined, patient-first environment. We are seeking a highly experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA-C) with 3 years of experience administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including toxins, fillers, and biostimulatory agents

• Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients on pre/post-care, skincare regimens, and long-term treatment strategies

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA and clinic standards

• Participate in internal events, occasional marketing initiatives, and educational content if desired

• Collaborate closely with our medical and wellness teams to deliver a seamless patient experience

Compensation & Growth Opportunity:

• Hourly Rate: $26 - $35 hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications

• Active licensure in Illinois as an RN, NP, or PA-C

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with injectables (toxins, fillers, and biostimulators)

• Proven track record of achieving natural, safe, and refined aesthetic results

• Strong consultation skills and confidence in discussing aesthetic goals and pricing

• Exceptional communication, professionalism, and client-centered care

• Ability to commute to Highland Park, IL for in-person treatment
