Job Title: Sales & Patient Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Perlis Wellness Center – 1780 Green Bay Rd, Ste 204, Highland Park, IL 60035

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday

Compensation: $20–$24/hour performance-based bonuses (no benefits at this time)

We’re seeking a Sales & Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering an elevated experience. This is a growth opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of the front desk while also playing a key role in driving sales, memberships, and patient satisfaction.

Sales & Client Engagement Job Requirements:

• Educate patients on services, packages, and memberships to drive conversion and increase revenue
• Proactively follow up with leads, consultations, and lapsed clients
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments or retail products
• Support and participate in sales promotions, events, and referral programs
• Track patient satisfaction and conduct outreach for reviews and referrals

Front Desk & Operations

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, provider calendars, and ensure smooth daily flow
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with care and accuracy
• Collect payments, track transactions, and manage documentation in the EMR/CRM system
• Maintain treatment room readiness, inventory coordination, and general office organization
• Coordinate lab orders or diagnostics, if needed (training provided)

• High monthly conversion of consultations to paying clients
• Strong membership retention and upsell performance
• Smooth front desk operations with minimal scheduling issue
• Positive patient reviews and engagement metrics
• Seen as a go-to team member for both service and revenue growth

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 2 years experience in a medspa, wellness center, or customer-facing sales role
• Are confident discussing treatment options, wellness goals, and pricing with clients
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Thrive in a sales-driven, performance-oriented culture
• Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally across all channels
• Want to grow in your role and take on increasing responsibility
• Are available Tuesday through Saturday and able to commute to Highland Park, IL

Compensation & Growth Opportunity:

• Hourly Rate: $20–$24/hour depending on experience
