Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages based on clients’ requirements.
• Research and gather information on various travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Coordinate and book all aspects of clients’ travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety advisories for different destinations.
• Handle all aspects of travel documentation, including passports, visas, and travel itineraries.
• Assist clients with any changes or modifications to their travel plans, including rebooking flights, extending hotel stays, or arranging alternative accommodations.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during clients’ travel experiences.
• Follow up with clients after their trips to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
