Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Outside Sales Manager at Perma-Seal Basement Systems located in Burr Ridge, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Outside Sales Manager will manage a team of 8 to 15 outside sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
- Must have a successful background in residential sales the ability to develop top performers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
