ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide on-site service for installed equipment, including waterproofing systems, structural foundation repair solutions, and concrete raising & leveling
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to address their specific requirements
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of recommended solutions to customers, building rapport and addressing any concerns
- Drive sales by identifying upselling opportunities and closing the sale during service visits
- Operate a personal computer and utilize programs such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce to record and manage customer information and service details
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and sales transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain technical concepts and solutions
- Problem-solving skills to identify customers needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of collaboration
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
