Position Description:
Our client seeks an experienced Associate with a minimum of five years of experience representing banks in significant commercial foreclosure cases, bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, collections, lender liability and other creditors’ rights work. Candidates must have a working knowledge of creditors’ rights laws and must be barred in Illinois.
Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
