Position Description:
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of bankruptcy and lending experience to join their Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group in Atlanta. Candidates must have experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Similar large law firm experience is preferred but is not required. Candidates should possess strong academics and excellent writing capabilities. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
