Position Description:
Our client is seeking attorneys with 2 – 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience. All candidates must have at least 2-3 years of large law firm litigation experience including researching and writing substantive motions and memoranda, taking depositions, working through the discovery process, and preparing for mediations and arbitrations. Experience with managed care is a plus! Candidates should be barred in the State where they are making their application.
