Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Sr. Real Estate Associate or Counsel with at least 6 years of experience handling real estate transactions autonomously at either an AmLaw or major Real Estate boutique firm. This attorney will work on a variety of deals involving leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing across various asset classes (retail, office, industrial, etc.) The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising clients on purchases, sales and financing of real estate assets, including real estate due diligence, as well as leasing transactions.
