Our client is a boutique litigation law firm in Chicago that regularly litigates and arbitrates large and complex insurance, reinsurance, intellectual property, and product liability cases throughout the United States and internationally.
Position Description :
Our client is seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of general litigation experience. Product liability experience is preferred. Attorneys in this team focus on defending product liability claims and managing the entire litigation process from inception to trial / settlement. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience managing an active caseload including attending depositions, writing opinions and reports, and attending court appearances. Candidates should have familiarity with commercial policies and must be barred in Illinois.
