Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an hourly locum Optometrist to join our Northgate Medical Center team in Seattle, Washington.
Optometrists at Kaiser Permanente provide full-scope eye care in a multi-disciplinary setting, including:
- The diagnosis and management of visual function, including contact lenses and specialty contact lenses.
- The diagnosis and management of conditions affecting ocular health, including ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease and medications.
- Co-management of ocular disease and post-operative care with Ophthalmology.
Our medical centers are fully equipped with the latest technologies and our teams include skilled, well-trained, certified ophthalmic techs that provide support to our doctors. We have a full-service Optical dispensary and Epic electronic medical records at all practice locations.
Compensation and Benefits
The entire hourly rate range for this position is $72.72 to $81.17 per hour. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $72.72 to $76.95 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Benefits include: Full malpractice indemnification (including tail coverage), 401(k), and employer contributions to social security.
