- Partner with business stakeholders (content, marketing, sales) to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, innovation, and business impact.
- Translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories for offshore development teams.
- Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.Project & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams, providing clear direction and technical guidance.
- Bridge communication and cultural gaps to foster a collaborative and high-performance working relationship.
- Manage multiple AI projects from inception to completion, defining scope, timelines, resources, and ensuring quality delivery within budget.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between onshore business teams and offshore development teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and challenges to key stakeholders.
- Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language to drive engagement and adoption.Continuous Improvement & Innovation
