Program Coordinator
Location: Midland, Tx
General Description: This is a leadership position. In direct correspondence with the Executive Director, there is organizational and programming oversight. This position ensures that program orchestration is efficient, organized, and exceptional. Also, provide high-level administrative support including managing schedules, arranging/attending meetings, attend social and collaborative events, and active involvement with all fundraising events/activities. This position requires someone committed to and enthusiastic about the mission and vision of Be The Change.
Responsibilities Include:
Administrative Support.
Calendar Management.
Documentation/Filing.
Visiting campuses and orchestrating program implementation.
Creation, organization, and distribution of surveys for programs.
Ordering, organizing inventory, and administering program supplies.
Management of facilitators/volunteers.
Determining facilitator/campus scheduling.
Providing statistics/updates for grants.
Program Delivery:
Deliver adventure-based programs for youth groups 6th-12th grade.
Co-facilitate youth programs in full partnership with a campus staff.
Oversee the delivery of programming with an eye on safety, quality, and client needs.
Will involve local travel to campuses of the community.
Professional Development:
Attendance of all Facilitator Training.
Stay current and skilled in Be The Change program curriculums and delivery.
Commit to continuous improvement of facilitation skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be comfortable speaking in a public forum. Experienced in the art of group facilitation, demonstrating adept skills in fostering collaborative environments and guiding effective discussions to achieve collective goals. Proficient in Microsoft. Able to sustain physical activity and remain on one's feet for extended durations.
