Permian Resources (NYSE : PR) is currently seeking a Manager of Infrastructure and End User Services. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the manager will develop and lead Infrastructure and Cloud capabilities to help PR succeed in corporate strategies. Furthermore, the successful candidate will play a critical role ensuring Employees have solutions and access needed. There is flexibility with the level and title of this role depending on the candidate's skillset, qualifications and capabilities.
General Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain infrastructure and cloud solutions to support corporate and field employees and assets.
- Design enterprise Hybrid Cloud architecture to enable scale and speed of technology solutions.
- Develop 24 / 7 helpdesk capabilities to respond to technology impacts in efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain technology resilience plans to ensure operations as expected during business interruptions.
- Manage multi-state field assets and support teams.
- Support Microsoft Teams collaboration capabilities as needed including third party customers and suppliers.
- Support Cybersecurity and Internal Audit controls to achieve corporate expected compliance and risk management.
- Lead business value from technology by developing a forward-looking roadmap of technology innovation.
