General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and identify opportunities for technology to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Develop and execute a delivery strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Support associated enterprise applications
- Support enterprise collaboration and document management capabilities including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Lead projects to re-engineer business processes and implement technology solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain high trust relationships to support fast paced and collaborative culture.
- Build and lead a high performing team through team and individual development plans.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications used within each business function.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to meet the current and future needs of the business.
- Manage the integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and manage the IT business systems budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing return on investment.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business systems and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience leading and managing IT teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience with Quorum, Workday, Azure, Service Now, Fleet management, Sharepoint or other E&P business applications.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
