Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech reporting to the Maintenance Foreman in San Angelo, TX. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components of oil and gas extraction and processing equipment. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of facilities along with flow from well to facility and feel comfortable communicating with Lease Operators and Foremen to replace parts at facilities. This candidate should have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities
- Daily Cost tracking and monitoring
- Manage daily work orders
- Provide daily status updates on current projects/work orders
- Manage crews for optimal performance
- Manage rental equipment for job use
- Watch over Vendor WTP mechanics for proper install
- Watch over Vendor Flare technicians for repairs
- Will work with LDAR Techs to clean Flame arrestors on Flares, low and high
- Repair pipes, valves, fittings to fix the problem entirely (ie. entire common water line completely corroded from separator to tank or Gunbarrel)
- Pumping Unit Maintenance
- High school diploma or GED
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communications skills
- Some college or technical trade school
- Bilingual speaking
- Roustabout and/or previous oilfield experience
