BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
Location : Tampa, FL or Miami, FL
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with 3-5 years experience to join their national Business Litigation team in Tampa or Miami, Florida.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Florida bar license.
- 3 to 5 years of substantive business litigation experience , including courtroom experience and handling hearings independently.
- Strong legal research and writing skills , with Law Review or Clerkship experience (Federal, Florida state, or appellate) considered a plus.
- Proficiency in handling litigation tasks, including taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in federal and state courts, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for trial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where client service is a top priority.
