This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled corporate attorney to work on sophisticated transactions across multiple industries, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3–6 years of substantive experience handling complex business transactions , including mergers and acquisitions .
- Exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance transactions, and joint ventures is a plus .
- Accounting or tax experience , or an LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
