Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in South Carolina, or willing to become admitted.
1 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation in a mid-large law firm setting.
Highly proficient in drafting discovery motions and taking and defending depositions.
Demonstrated experience with case management and ready to take the lead.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a standard of excellence in client service.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Handle all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-trial strategy to resolution, in both state and federal courts.
Take and defend depositions, demonstrating strong advocacy and analytical skills.
Draft and argue complex discovery motions.
Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop winning litigation strategies.
Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to provide strategic counsel and effective representation.
Manage document review, e-discovery, and case filings in an organized and efficient manner.
