This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to work on complex construction disputes, contract administration issues, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Florida.
- 4 years of substantive experience in construction litigation .
- Experience handling payment disputes, design and defect claims, and contract administration matters .
- Strong background in alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration proceedings .
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive and strategic approach.
