Candidate Profile : JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar (link removed)>
4-7 years of substantive experience in corporate transactions , including M&A, corporate governance , and general commercial transactions (link removed)>
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on deal structures, including those in the manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive, and healthcare industries (link removed)>
