Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts.47 years of substantive experience in cyber, privacy, and AI law.Hands-on experience advising clients on state and federal privacy laws and conducting due diligence in M&A, financings , and commercial transactions (link removed)>
Experience handling class action litigation and / or regulatory defense (link removed)>
Familiarity with data-driven technologies , including AI / ML and biometrics , as well as global regulatory frameworks (link removed)>
Knowledge of state privacy laws , HIPAA , SCA , PIPA , CIPA , ECPA , Patriot / Cloud Act , GDPR , and GLBA is a plus (link removed)>
