Bar Admission in Texas.24 years of substantive experience in finance, lending, and commercial real estate law.Experience representing lenders in the planning, negotiation, documentation, and workout of various loans, including syndicated credit facilities , participated credits, equipment loans, working capital loans, asset-based loans, loan sale transactions, and dealing with distressed real estate (link removed)>
Experience in commercial real estate transactions , particularly with financing for multifamily , office , retail , industrial , and mixed-use projects , as well as distressed real estate (link removed)>
Some formal education or background in Finance and / or Secured Transactions is preferred (link removed)>
