FINANCIAL SERVICES LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated junior to mid-level Associate Attorney to join their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Kansas City . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment while handling sophisticated matters in the financial services sector.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Missouri Bar Admission .
- 3 years of substantive litigation experience in commercial real estate , distressed loans , debt and security instruments , or creditor and lender liability .
- Extensive legal writing experience, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with prior law firm or judicial clerkship experience preferred .
