ASSOCIATE – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Location : Tampa, Florida
Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Intellectual Property group in Tampa . The ideal candidate will have experience in patent and trademark prosecution, as well as IP transactions.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Florida.
- 2-5 years of substantive experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP transactions .
- USPTO registration number or patent bar eligibility is strongly preferred .
- Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and practical judgment are required.
- Experienced in negotiating and drafting intellectual property transactions and software agreements a plus .
