Location : Atlanta, GA
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Investment Funds practice group at their Atlanta office .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Georgia.
- 3 to 6 years of substantive experience in investment management and Private fund experience (must have "fund formation" i.e. private equity, RE funds, credit funds) .
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to engage directly with clients and support business development initiatives.
