Locations: Boca Raton or Miami, Florida

Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Staff Attorney (foreclosure) to join their team in either their Boca Raton or Miami office. Attorneys in this hybrid role will focus on foreclosure and banking-related claims. This is a non-partnership track position.

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Florida.
• 3 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on foreclosure and banking-related claims.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client communications effectively and work collaboratively within a team.

• Handle a variety of litigation matters related to foreclosure and banking claims.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.
• Collaborate closely with firm attorneys on case strategies and filings.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and advice on case progress.
