International Trade – Senior Associate / Attorney – Litigation & Trial Practice
Location : Washington, DC
Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 50 law firm, seeks an experienced and motivated Senior Associate or Senior Attorney to join their integrated and full-service International Trade practice in Washington, DC . This position offers the opportunity to engage in a broad range of international trade matters, including customs, trade remedies, export controls, and national security regulatory issues.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC .
- 5 years of substantive experience in trade remedies and / or customs matters .
- Strong verbal, analytical, and writing skills , with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in areas such as antidumping , countervailing and safeguard duty proceedings , and customs compliance and enforcement is required .
- Familiarity with export control regulations (EAR, ITAR) , OFAC sanctions , and CFIUS matters is a plus.
- More experienced candidates with relevant credentials may also be considered.
