Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 65 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their litigation team in San Diego . This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with a background in complex civil and commercial litigation to join a dynamic and growing practice.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in California (in good standing).
- 8 years of substantive experience in complex litigation , class actions , and products liability matters at a mid-size or large law firm .
- Proven ability to draft pleadings , manage discovery , take and defend depositions , argue motions , and oversee case management .
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, with strong communication abilities.
