EXPERIENCED PATENT ASSOCIATE OR PATENT AGENT – PRODUCT DESIGN & USER INTERFACE PATENT PROSECUTION
Multiple Offices (Preference for Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis)
Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate or Patent Agent to join their Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group . This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record ( for Associate candidates ).
- Bar Admission in Georgia, Illinois, District of Columbia, Texas, Colorado, Missouri, or Arizona, as applicable (for Associate candidates).
- Admission to the USPTO is required for both Associate and Patent Agent candidates.
- 2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
- Degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science required.
- Strong law firm, engineering, or industry experience, with superb writing and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following :
